The following is from a masters candidate in industrial/organizational psychology. I’ve already taken the survey myself.  Hopefully, this research will produce useful results.

My name is Erica Drew and I am currently an industrial/organizational psychology graduate student at Florida International University, collecting data for my masters thesis. The purpose of this research is to gain perspective on how attorneys make decisions in employment discrimination cases involving unintentional discrimination. I hope that this research will inform organizations, practitioners and attorneys of selection procedures best practices.

I need approximately 300 attorneys or 3rd year law students, who have either taken an employment law course as a law student, or have practiced employment law to participate in my survey. I am writing today to request recruiting participants from your ABA blawg, ”

This is a completely anonymous survey; no identifying information such as name or place of business will be collected.

Once I have obtained my results I would be happy to share them with you. Please let me know if you would like me to send you this information once it’s available. Thank you for your time and for considering my request. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Best Regards,
