June 20, 2008, Labor & Employment Law Seminar at Chicago’s City Hall

On June 20, 2008, I gave my 4th seminar in the last 2 years for the City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Licensing.  Like my prior seminars for them, it focused on labor and employment law for small and medium sized businesses (2-1,000 employees).  The handout for this, which reflects 2008 legal changes, is online here (PDF format).  My presentation’s PowerPoint is here. The seminar was well attended, and like my other seminars focused almost solely on Q & A from attendees.
